Brookfield, Wis. April 24, 2018— GSF Mortgage Corporation is pleased to welcome branch manager Christopher Patille and his team to the New Castle, Delaware office. The team has a strong online presence and in addition to being part of several real estate and mortgage lending groups on LinkedIn, Patille hosts a weekly mortgage podcast focused on getting first-time homebuyers acquainted with the process of purchasing as well as providing tips on qualifying for pre-approval.
A graduate of Penn State University, Patille has more than six years of experience in the business. His primary focus when dealing with his customers is to get them into their dream home. His customer service philosophy is to remain in close contact with the customer, to always make himself available to the customer whenever needed and to keep the customer informed of all relevant information as the process unfolds.
Marc Hansen is a loan officer with more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is excited about being able to offer customers more options through the wide variety of programs that GSF has available. He plans to really get the word out about GSF to the Delaware community through marketing, his relationships with Realtors, ads, billboards and first-time homebuyer seminars. Hansen is dedicated to providing a customer service experience that is second-to-none in the mortgage industry
Ken Jester has been in the mortgage industry for a little over a year and he is thrilled with the opportunity to join the GSF team because he appreciates the wide variety of programs they have able for the customer. He also enjoys the family-like feel of the company. “GSF feels more like a home than a business,” says Jester. He takes pride in always providing the best customer service that he can by making himself available when needed and always keeping the customer informed of their options.
Katie Patille is a loan originator who has been in the mortgage industry since 2012. She is excited to help expand the presence of GSF in Delaware through monthly networking events. When it comes to customer service, Patille believes that transparency is key. She wants the customer to be aware of all of their options and comfortable with the homebuying experience.
Rob Witkowski has been in the mortgage business for over a decade and he has been working with Christopher Patille for several years. He is looking forward to expanding GSF’s presence in Colorado (where he is also licensed) as well as Delaware through his strong presence in social media. When it comes to customer service, he believes that the customer is not just a number. If you wouldn’t put your mother in the loan, don’t do it.
